How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@piramleather.com. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Labels

Change of Mind (Non-Defective Wallets): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Wallets
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect wallet, email us at support@piramleather.com with clear photos. We will promptly resolve it with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect wallets. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs on Returns
Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to the product price, excluding shipping.
Refund Process

Rejected Refunds: If the returned wallet does not meet our criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or missing packaging), we will notify you. You may choose to have the item shipped back at your expense.
